Refund policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our curated mystery boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Chargebacks & Disputes By completing your purchase, you agree to our Terms of Service and our No Refund Policy. All sales are final. Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be contested with full evidence provided to the financial institution.

Lost Packages We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the carrier within 24 hours of the marked delivery date. We are happy to provide your tracking information to assist with your claim, but we are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Missing Items If your order arrives or makes delivered and you believe an item is missing from your box, please contact us at bibbidibobbidiscoopss@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. To submit a claim, you must provide:

  • A Clear Live unboxing video showing the unopened mailing package and box being opened for the first time. Claims submitted without a live unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Clear photos of the box contents and packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label and outer packaging
  • Your order number

All claims are subject to review and verification at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be verified with sufficient evidence.

Mystery Box Disclaimer Our boxes are curated mystery boxes, meaning the contents are a surprise and are not disclosed prior to purchase. By purchasing from Bibbidi Bobbidi Scoop, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand the contents of the box are unknown at the time of purchase
  • "Not what I expected" or "I don't like the items" are not valid reasons for a dispute, chargeback, or refund
  • All items are carefully curated and selected with care
  • The mystery nature of the box is part of the product you are purchasing

Disputes or chargebacks filed on the basis of personal preference or dissatisfaction with the mystery contents will be contested with full evidence that the mystery nature of the product was clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
